For a visit to your farm, it is essential for us to know the physical address where your horse lives. Let us know the best way to contact you, include your name and phone number(s) with all correspondence. Please provide an email address in order to receive your Invoices and Receipt of Payments.
Our Doctors schedule their own appointments, both in the clinic and farm visits. We do our best to stay on-time, but unscheduled events may come up on any given day. We know your time is valuable as well. We ask that everyone do their part to keep appointments running smoothly:
- If we are scheduled to meet you at your farm, we will call or text you when we are on our way with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- We encourage people to stay at work or home, or to go about daily activities, until you hear from us. We have found this system works best, and keeps people productive with their activities while awaiting appointments.
- Important: Once you have heard from us, on the day of your appointment, please be ready by having your horse caught, halter on, and in the barn.
- If you have additional horses that need to be seen (“add-ons”) on the day of a scheduled farm visit, please let us know in advance of the visit. We will do our best to accommodate you if time allows.
We make every effort to respond in a timely manner, but please understand our primary focus is always to provide our patients with the care they need. The Doctors have busy schedules and are often with patients or performing procedures that limit their availability by phone or email. Please use our front office personnel before attempting to reach a Doctor by their practice mobile phone.
